Directions to the 1884 Bridgeford House Bed &
Breakfast A friendly tip from the voice of
experience: DO NOT rely on directions from Map Quest or
Yahoo for in-town driving directions.
(From E, W or S) Come into town on US Hwy 62 (E or
W). Keep going until you come to the intersection with
Hwy 23N (you will see a Community First Bank). Turn
towards the historic downtown. Keep to the left @ Main
Street intersection; keep to the left @ Center Street
intersection. Stay on Spring Street and follow to the
right at the Post Office. Bridgeford House is on the
right - 263 Spring Street.
(From N) Stay on 86 E or W across Missouri until you
come to 23 S (or "P" on the Missour side). Turn onto 23
S and this will bring you into Eureka Springs. Turn
right on Hillside Street, at the train station (when you
first come to the Eureka Springs city limits). Go up
Hillside until it dead-ends into Spring Street. Turn
right on Spring Street and go about 2 blocks. Bridgeford
House B & B is on the right - 263 Spring Street.
You may check in on the street level (Spring Street)
and then go to the back and park, unload etc.
PARKING: To park off-street in the rear: Go back
towards the historic downtown, about 10 houses, and turn
left onto King Street. (This is the first turn to the
left at the yellow house). The alley and off-street
parking @ Bridgeford House is in front of you, when you
turn (do not continue down the hill on King Street).
Park directly behind Bridgeford House.
Directions to the Bodie House
(From E, W or S): Come into town on US Highway 62 (E
or W). Keep going until you hit the intersection with

signs that point to Eureka Springs). Turn onto "P" (it
will turn into 23 S at the AR state line) and this will
bring you into Eureka Springs. Turn right on Hillside,
at the train station (when you first come to the Eureka
Springs city limits). Go up Hillside until it dead-ends
into Spring Street. Turn right on Spring Street and go
about 2 blocks. Bodie House is on the right - 247 Spring

Directions to Rose Cottage
(From east or west): Come into town on US Highway 62
(E or W). Keep going until you see a curved "T"
intersection with Best Western/Inn of the Ozarks on the
south side and Vintage Cargo (a store) on the north
side. Turn onto Kings Highway (past Vintage Cargo and
continue on past Heartstone Inn and Rock Cottage
Gardens). This is old 62 and the upper part of the
historic loop. Continue on this loop (the street names
will continue to change) until you come to Singleton St.
on your right. (If you come to the Crescent Hotel,
you've gone too far.) Turn right on Singleton St. (DO
NOT TURN RIGHT ON KANSAS - YOU CANNOT GET TO ROSE
COTTAGE FROM KANSAS ST.) At the end of Singleton, the
road will curve off to the left and change to gravel.
Follow this curve to the left and continue curving to
the left (do not go to the right where the gravel/dirt
road curves, that goes downtown but is not really made
for cars, only walking). As you curve to the left, Rose
Cottage is the cottage on the right.
(From north or south): Come into town on Hwy 23. From
the south, turn left at Hwy 62 ("T" intersection), then
follow directions as above. From the north, drive
through Eureka Springs until you come to Hwy 62 ("T"
intersection), turn right, then follow directions as
above.
