Policies:
Reservation Policy:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover,
or cash/money order. To guarantee a reservation by
phone or online, please provide a credit card number and
expiration date. We require one night's rental as the
deposit. Upon receipt of cash/money order or credit card
charge, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent
(usually within 5 working days). Please call in advance
if using ITEX (see below for further ITEX details).
Cancellation Policy:
A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect which states
that (1) if a cancellation is made less than 14 days
before your reservation date you will forfeit the full
payment for all days unless your room(s) can be
re-rented for the entire reservation and (2) if a
cancellation is made 14 days or more before your
reservation date, you will be refunded in full (less a
$25.00 processing fee). No refunds are available for
early departures or no shows.
MID-WEEK DISCOUNT--
To qualify, you must stay Sunday to Thursday --get 20%
off 2nd night! You must mention the MID-WEEK DISCOUNT
upon making your reservation. Excludes
Holidays/Festivals, all of October and 2-day packages (which are already
discounted).
EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT--
To qualify, you must stay at least four days --get the
fourth night at 1/2 price! You must mention the EXTENDED
STAY DISCOUNT upon making your reservation. Excludes
Holidays/Festivals.
Corporate, AARP, AAA and Senior Discounts available
also! Must be requested at time of reservation. Not
available on 2-day packages, which are already
discounted and not available during October.
Only one type of discount per visit.
Discounts not available for major festival and
holiday weekends and most are not available during the
month of October or when winter discount rates are
already in effect.
Discounts available for The Bridgeford House only.
Discounts are not offered on our private cottages.
ITEX: Available Sunday through Thursday
only (during season), ITEX trade NOT AVAILABLE DURING
OCTOBER. Weekends usually available during off-season
[January, February (excluding weekends around
Valentine's Day), and March]. No discounts available for
ITEX, full room price only. Only the room amount is
available for ITEX, no packages (unless paid separately
in cash) and tax is in cash or check.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
Arrangements required for early or late arrivals.
We are a tobacco free B&B (smoking facilities are
provided outside.)
No pets. Children are accepted if 8 years old or older
and well behaved.
