perfect guest cottages.
Our guest cottages are private lodging, and no
breakfast is served at the cottages. However, each is
equipped with a full kitchen, or we would be happy to
recommend some of our favorite restaurants that serve
delicious breakfasts.
The Bodie House (click here) - Built in 1885, the
cottage is on the National Register of Historic Homes.
This cottage is a private residence furnished with many
period antiques. The house has two bedrooms, a
queen-size sleeper sofa, and one and one-half baths. It
sleeps six guests comfortably. Combined with a great
front porch and fantastic deck at the back of the house,
you're all set to enjoy all that Eureka Springs has to
offer! A few minutes walk from downtown shops and
restaurants.

The
Rose Cottage (click here) - This Victorian two-story
cottage will make you feel like you are in the English
countryside at the weekend house. Although located in
the heart of Eureka Springs' historic district, it is in
the woods with a short path through the trees to
downtown. The house is decorated with antiques and lace
along with whimsical furnishings. Truly "Secret -
Secluded - Private & Romantic"
